Cancellation Policy.

 

Your appointment is very important to both of us. Our space has been hired and reception staff rostered on to ensure we can offer you the best service and assist in you healing journey. At times, there can be a deep resistance to facing healing and it can feel easier to just reschedule for another time when ‘there will be more money, more time, more space’. Please trust that this is a normal process to move through and attending your appointment when you feel this way, is an incredible honour to your body. 

We really do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and unforeseen. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 housr notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments so that we can allow people on our wait list to begin their journey.

Any appointment missed, late, cancelled, or changed without 24 hours notice, may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments. 

Any late arrival might shorten your appointment time, time cannot be made up into another client’s scheduled appointment.
